Sales Advisor/Assistant Sales Manager

Salary range: INR 3-6 Lakhs Per Annum
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Position Summary:
If you have a sales background with a mix of creativity, technical skills, and spiritual DNA, then this just may be the role for you. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on sales professionals who is passionate about selling consultative services to build brands, generate awareness, demand and leads. You’ll be responsible for generating revenues and this is a target-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target and incentive-based performance
- Generating Sales from new clients on a Weekly-basis (Leads will be provided by the Company)
- This is a Tele-Sales Job which will require you to make minimum of 35 Calls a day
- Handling, explaining the products and services to the client, and closing sales
- Sales Pipeline – creation and management
- Maintaining and presenting sales numbers
- Maintaining a healthy mix of services and products depending on the needs of the client
- Engaging with marketing on social media awareness campaigns
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hands on experience of talking to Clients
- Flawless English
- Ability to empathize and understand Client’s problems, and accurately provide solution on the same
- Ability to close sales effectively
- Quick on the uptake and a solution-based mindset
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic working environment
- Self-motivated and Team player
